I worked out on this little piece of equipment today in my Pilates lesson on my lunch break...
It's called the Pilates Cadillac. I was amazed at the workout it gave me!
I was an exercise maniac today though, I went back for more after work...cardio and strength training. I'm going to be a wreck tomorrow! Just have to remember that working out again will help with the soreness.

Pretty Profound
My boyfriend just sent me a pretty profound message....
"You are among the last of a dying breed. The unspoken code of honor among society is a relic. Personal gain at the expense of others is the new law of the concrete jungle."

Is this what everyone aspires to these days? Pure ugliness.

Trader Joe's
Fabulous finds at Trader Joe's:
- Frozen minced garlic cubes, basil cubes, cilantro cubes
- Frozen Steel Cut Oatmeal
- Frozen Chicken Fajita mix
- Frozen Precooked Brown Rice
I'm big on convenience when it comes to cooking and these products couldn't be any quicker or easier! BIG thanks to my nutritionist in Tucson for turning me on to these great products!

Patio Garden

Apartment Therapy San Francisco has a great little post about container gardens on patios...enough to make me want to run out to my nearest nursery and start a container garden of my own! Oh how I yearn for a dose of color on that little gray slab of concrete!

So pretty...

Jewelry by Jade Gedeon at We Dream In Color.
Maybe I'm just obsessed with chandelier-like things at the moment. :)

Glamorous Kitchen
I love the details in this kitchen! The chandelier, the aluminum chair, the tile, the glossy barstools, the cookbook/magazine rack...all of it...just divine!

My New Art Prints
The art I purchased arrived in the mail the other day! I decided the best (most inexpensive) way to go about having them framed would be to purchase ready-made frames and have them custom matted. I got so lucky on the frames...I found 4 11x13 black frames at 50% off! And, the kind folks at Monster Framing & Art Gallery in Henderson ((702)568-0899) are giving me a phenomenal deal on the matting...I HIGHLY recommend them! This is what they will look like with the frames and double matting (white & black)...

Mood Boards
There is an interesting Mood Board Contest going on over at Decor 8. I really need to do one of these for myself...not for the contest, though. In a way, I view my blog as a mood board, of sorts.
Here is an interesting submission from Jemma Rethman, a high school student...

Lovely Recycled Art

I love this idea for recycled art by graphic designer Patricia Zapata of A Little Hut! I may have to try this out on my own! Seriously, I am always so frustrated by the amnount of junk mail I get that this would b a perfect alternative to just adding it all to land fills!
I also really like her balsa wall art pieces.

Rock Posters

Ran across these divine rock posters by Hammerpress. Trying to imagine where I could have a wall of rock art at my place. Aren't they great?

Thanks Manuel & Danielle...
I have had about 3 comments so far...2 from Manuel and 1 from Danielle. Just wanted to say thank you to both of you! It's a lot of fun when someone makes a comment. It sometimes feels like I am just talking to myself with these posts...so when someone comments, it feels more like a conversation. It also just lets me know someone is actually reading my blog! So, thanks guys!
